Josh has a broad practice across all areas of industrial law, including enterprise agreement bargaining and termination, protected industrial action, right of entry, rules interpretation and advice, penalty proceedings under the Fair Work Act, and matters involving regulators. Additionally, Josh has extensive employment law experience, including advice on employment contracts, unfair dismissals, general protections and workplace discrimination claims. He is a member of the Committee of Management of the Young Workers Centre, a community legal service that provides employment law assistance to young and vulnerable workers.
