Tristan Knight

Tristan is a law graduate in the Class Actions and Commercial team at Gordon Legal. He completed his Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) at La Trobe University in November 2025. Tristan has been working as a paralegal in this team since September 2021, starting his work on the first Robodebt class action. Since then, he has contributed to several class actions and investigations, including wage underpayment class actions, regulatory investigations, and individual claims. Tristan is interested in addressing large scale injustice through the vehicle of class action litigation.
