Amber Chen

Amber has been practising exclusively in personal injury law since 2008. She is a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law.

Throughout her career, Amber has gained extensive litigation experience, acting for workers in the Magistrates’, County and Supreme Courts of Victoria. She has seen first-hand the financial and emotional strain placed on injured workers and their families and the devastating impact that this can have on the workers’ physical and mental health. She is inspired by the strength and tenacity of her clients and is passionate about advocating for the rights of workers.

Amber has been recognised in the prestigious Doyle’s Guide as a Recommended Work Injury Compensation Lawyer (Plaintiff) – Victoria in 2025.
