Chantal Mercer

Chantal Mercer is a solicitor in Gordon Legal’s Family Law team. She is dedicated to helping individuals navigate separation, parenting disputes, and property settlements with compassionate, clear, and practical advice.

Chantal takes a thoughtful and rational approach to resolving family law issues, always aiming to reduce conflict and promote cost effective outcomes for her clients and their families.

Chantal can assist with a wide range of matters, including parenting arrangements, binding financial agreements, consent orders, divorce, spousal maintenance claims, binding child support agreements and many other things.

Chantal’s background spans both family law and commercial litigation, giving her a well-rounded perspective and strong problem-solving skills.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Deakin University and was admitted to practice in 2023.
