Illy specialises in employment and industrial law. She also advises health practitioners under investigation by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.

Illy has extensive experience in advising clients in the health sector. Illy has particular experience in advising clients on unpaid entitlements, unfair dismissal and general protection matters, as well as discrimination claims.

Illy holds a Bachelor of Business, Master of Workplace and Employment Law and Juris Doctor.
