Kylie has over 15 years’ litigation experience, with particular expertise in class actions, negligence, personal injury, and consumer law. She is passionate about public interest advocacy and systemic reform, having led high-profile women’s health matters including the Essure Class Action and the Pelvic Mesh Settlement Administration, and initiating innovative investigations into emerging areas of systemic harm. She also has extensive experience representing individuals injured in road and workplace accidents, and has worked in the community legal sector, advocating for vulnerable clients in consumer and credit law disputes and leading nationwide campaigns for fairer outcomes for consumers. Kylie is recognised for her collaborative leadership and commitment to using the law to drive accountability and lasting social change.
