Mia Pagonis is a Law Graduate working in the Industrial & Employment Law team. She completed a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University in 2026.

Mia joined the Industrial & Employment Law team in 2025 as a paralegal. She is passionate about supporting workers’ rights and the broader union movement.
